This is my first blog. I may not be right in writing this post, but I just want to make people aware of this common mistake we always make.
Do you drive?
If YES is your answer, do answer the following things.
1) Am I driving in the correct way?
2) Am I following the traffic Rules?
3) Am I not disturbing others driving?
4) After all am I taking care of my security?
5) Am I having the required information like Emergency Contacts, Blood Group Details with me?
Following may be your answers.
1. Yes, I am driving in the right way. But think of side indicators. We do not have the habit of using side indicators. This is very bad way of driving. Our Co-drivers will definitely be suffering because of this. Few people admit their mistake, but many do not. They don’t agree. Instead they just scold that particular person and take the situation for granted. But think about the problem your co-driver faced.
2. I had observed many people jump the signal and cross the NO ENTRY boards. How far is this right?
3. The answer is every one takes a chance of risk at some moment of time which will definitely disturb other persons driving. Just apologize and never make it again. You ca never say you never made a mistake on road.
4. Security? Who is concerned about this? We just over ride vehicles just in hurry to reach destination. But remember, “Speed Thrills, But Kills." Just think of the people who are waiting for your arrival.
5. Many of us take it for granted. But it is must to keep this information. Or maintaining an emergency number who has all the required information is the minimum need. Keep this in mind.
These are only a few considerations. There should also be the consideration of your vehicle.
-> Minimum usage of clutch,
-> Breaks should be used if and only if required.
-> Maintaining a specific speed of 40-50 will increase the life of your vehicle.
-> Timely servicing of our vehicle helps you maintain good life of your vehicle.
-> Minimum petrol level is to be maintained to avoid problems like air-lock.
